What is a financial bucket?

What do we mean by a financial bucket? Well, one of the reasons why financial planning can be so complicated is that we don't have access, most of the time, to our most valuable financial assets. These may include the house you live in, an investment property, or your business. Nor do we know, in many cases, precisely when we’ll be able to access those assets, or how much they will be worth when we do. Our aim at rockwealth is to give people clarity and confidence about their financial situation. To help us achieve that, we encourage our clients to think of their financial wealth as a bucket they can dip into whenever they need to. The crucial thing is, there will always be enough money in that bucket to meet your needs, and to enable you to give money to your loved ones, or to charity, when you want to, as Tim Horrocks explains in this video.
